General

To register with Sparklingorstill.com you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you when registering or at any time are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details.

Once you have placed an order, we will treat that as an order to buy. If your order is accepted we will send an email detailing the goods that you have ordered and the value which will be debited from your account. Sparklingorstill.com reserves the right to cancel and refund orders.


Price

The price of the goods will be the price quoted on the website on the date of the order being accepted by us. If there is a pricing error on the website we will inform you as soon as possible. This will give you the opportunity to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel and have paid for the goods we will give you a full refund. The price of goods does not include delivery charges. Price and availability information is subject to change without prior notice.

 

Dispatch

We aim to process orders as soon as possible. This will be subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. If your ordered item is temporarily out of stock and the dispatch date is longer than 5 working days we will contact you to advise you of the expected delivery dates.

Delivery Charges are per order. An order can be delivered to one address only. For multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.

 

Damaged Goods

At sparklingorstill.com we care about what we send out, that’s why we make sure that nothing ever goes out damaged. However, you should inspect the goods when you receive them in case of any damage or defects occurred during transit. In the event that your order is found to be damaged or defective or incorrectly shipped then you should contact us within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. Simply return them back to us including the original invoice and packaging and a replacement (if available) will be mailed out within one working day, free of any charge.


Distance Selling Regulations Items returned within the 7 day cooling off period Under the European Union's Distance Selling Regulations, customers located in the European Union have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until 7 working days after delivery.


Returns Policy

We hope that you will be pleased with your order. Returns can only be accepted within 7 working days of delivery at the customer’s expense, unless the product is faulty. You are required to package the product adequately to prevent damages during transit as we cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit. Recorded delivery or registered post is recommended for returns to maintain insurance cover for the value of the goods. For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on any opened product. If you need to return your order, it should be wrapped securely in the same packaging in which you received it, and should be sent to:

Lost Packages

We work to the Royal Mail guidelines which state Royal Mail do not consider a package lost until 15 working days for the UK or 25 working days for International packages have past. After this period, we will refund and will then make a claim against Royal Mail. Royal Mail may, in the course of their enquiries, contact you to confirm a lost package. We ask you to respond to their enquiries with out delay.
